What are the return and exchange policies?

How long will I have to wait for shipping?
US and Canada customers can expect their orders within 2-6 business days using our standard shipping service. International orders will take 6-10 business days. For more detailed information regarding shipping & handling please refer to our Shipping policy below.
Shipping policy
At GlobalMinoxidil, we want your experience to be simple and efficient. We offer a minimal flat rate shipping fee that includes tracking for every order. We also ship worldwide to 38+ Countries! UPS services will be used for all orders.
NOTE: Due to recent COVID-19 events, shipping delays - which are beyond our control - may occur. Rest assured, your item will arrive at your doorstep. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping couriers operate only on weekdays.
Tracking Numbers
Every order that is shipped out includes a tracking number. You should receive the tracking number via email once your items are shipped. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking to update.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that are beyond our control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
